Majalisar Shari’a ta buƙaci Tinubu ya canja sabon shugaban INEC, saboda rubutunsa na nuna ƙiyayya ga Musulunci

Majalisar Shari’a ta Najeriya (SCSN) ta bukaci Shugaban Kasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu ya sake nazarin naɗin Farfesa Joash Ojo Amupitan a matsayin Shugaban Hukumar Zabe ta Ƙasa (INEC), bayan zarge-zargen cewa ya taɓa rubuta takardar shari’a mai cike da abun tayar da hankali kan Musulmai.

TIMES HAUSA ta tattaro daga sanarwar da Sakatare Janar na majalisar, Nafiu Baba-Ahmad ya fitar cewa, suna “cike da damuwa” da rahoton Sahara Reporters da ya zargi Farfesan da rubuta takarda a 2020 da ke “hura wutar fitina da nuna ƙiyayya.”

SCSN ta bayyana abin da rahoton ya ƙunsa a matsayin “guba ga zaman lafiya” tare da cewa bai dace ba ga wanda ke kan kujerar da ke kula da sahihancin zaɓe.

Sanarwar ta ce: “Idan har shi ne ya rubuta takardar, ra’ayoyinsa barazana ce ga haɗin kan ƙasar nan.”

Majalisar ta ce takardar ta yi mummunan kwatanta rikice-rikicen Arewa a matsayin “kisan Kristoci,” tare da jingina su da jihadin Shehu Usman ɗan Fodio.

Ta ƙara da cewa hakan “karkatacciyar fahimta ce da ɓata tarihin ɗaya daga cikin gagarumin sauye-sauyen da suka tabbatar da tarihi a yammacin Afirka.”

SCSN ta jaddada cewa jihadin Shehu Usman “ba yaƙin ƙiyayya ba ne, ba kuma kisan kariya ba ne, sai dai gyaran halayya da adalci.”

Ta kuma jaddada cewa duk Musulmi da Kiristoci sun kasance cikin masu fuskantar rikice-rikece da ta’addanci a Arewa, musamman jihohin Borno, Zamfara, Yobe, da Katsina.

SCSN ta bayyana mamaki kan yadda “mutum da ake zargi da irin wannan wariyyar” ya tsallake binciken tsaro domin shugabantar INEC.

Ta yi gargaɗin cewa jagorantar hukumar zaɓe na buƙatar “tsantsar adalci da rashin ɓangaranci,” tana mai cewa rashin nuna adalci zai iya rage amincewar jama’a. Majalisar ta kuma buƙaci ƴan Najeriya su guji rura wutar addini, tana mai cewa matsalolin ƙasa sune “rashawa, cin hanci, talauci da rashin tsaro.”
